CSPA asks Regional Board to reconsider wastewater permitting of small food processors and wineries
August 29, 2009 -- In a letter dated August 28, 2009, CSPA Executive Director, Bill Jennings asked the Central Valley Regional Quality Control Board to reconsider issuing waivers to small food processors and wineries.
