CSPA Issues NOI to Scrap Metal Facility in Windsor for Violations of the Clean Water Act.

On 20 September 2010, CSPA sent a Notice of Intent to M & M Services in Windsor California, for violations of the federal Clean Water Act.  The notice letter alleges that the two-acre scrap and waste material processing, reclaiming and distribution facility is illegally discharging polluted stormwater in violation of the substantive and procedural requirements of the General Industrial Stormwater Permit into the Windsor storm drain system which empties into Pruitt Creek which merges into Windsor Creek which joins the Laguna de Santa Rosa which flows into the Russian River.

Lozeau/Drury LLP is representing CSPA in this matter
