CSPA and a broad coalition of fishing, tribal and environmental organizations have submitted extensive comments on the inadequacies of the Department of Fish and Game’s (DFG) Environmental Impact Report on suction dredging.
DFG is under court orders to revise suction dredging rules and suction dredging is presently under a court ordered moratorium on the issuance of permits until new regulations are adopted. CSPA is a party to the litigation. Coalition EIR Comments
